Yes. All three drugs can be given together in the evening if there is a clinical reason and the patient tolerates them well. Because all these three are once-daily, long-acting medications, evening dosing generally provides effective 24-hour blood pressure control. 🔷 Advantages of evening dosing 📌 Better control of the early morning blood pressure surge. 📌 Convenient if the patient is more adherent to taking medicines at night. . 🔷 Potential disadvantages of evening dosing 📌 If the patient is elderly, volume-depleted, or prone to postural hypotension, taking all three together may increase the risk of dizziness or falls, especially if they get up during the night. 📌 Blood pressure should be monitored after starting or increasing doses. 🔴 Note: Using both amlodipine and cilnidipine together is not routine practice. They are both dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers. Combining them usually provides little additional benefit while increasing the risk of adverse effects such as hypotension and peripheral edema. In most patients, one CCB plus an ARB is preferred.
