Pain of Cholecystitis

Cholecystitis এর Pain নিচের কোনটি দিয়ে transmitted হয়? 🔴 Sympathetic visceral afferent fiber 🔴 Somatic spinal nerve 🔴 Phrenic nerve উত্তর হলো ৩ টাই। It depends on extent of Inflammation. যদি Inflammation শুধুমাত্র GB তেই localized থাকে তাহলে Pain টা transmitted হনে T6-T9 sympathetic visceral afferent fiber দিয়ে। যদি Inflammation টা GB এর বাহিরে থাকা Parietal peritoneum এ ছড়িয়ে পড়ে তখন T6-T9 somatic spinal nerve দিয়ে transmitted হবে। যদি Inflammation টা Right dome of diaphragm কে irritate করে তাহলে সেটা Right phrenic nerve দিয়ে Transmitted হবে। এ বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত এখানে আলোচনা করেছি আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।
